The Print dialog box

The Print dialog box is shown below:

Print dialog settings

You can use this dialog box to:

• Choose the printer you wish to use.

Use the drop down Name list.

• Set the number of copies to be printed.

Enter a number in Number of copies field.

• Set how to collate multiple copies.

Use the Collate checkbox.

• Set other properties specific to your own printer.

Click on the Properties button; for more details of the dialog that appears, see your printer documentation.

Print dialog buttons

The buttons at the bottom of the dialog box have the following effect:

• OK sends the contents of the window to your chosen printer.

• Cancel stops the print operation.
